Since April demolishing works of the very old North Stand are under way to make way for a modern mostly-roofed stand to be built at the site. The club had planned build a entirely roofed stand, however there has been controversy with a local resident whose property is situated very closely to the ground. As a result about one third of the construction will be significantly lower than the rest and the overall capacity will decrease to 16,250, but seating capacity will rise to 5,728. From Wikipedia
